Please note the following key points in the Licence of Occupation

2.1 LOC does not grant exclusive use and occupancy of the land.

4.1(m) Must accommodate the use of a portion of the land by WMSS for revolver shooting activities.

5.1 (b)(c) Other persons may acquire or hold rights or interests in the land.

11.3 The grant of a sublicense, assignment or transfer of the agreement does not release obligation to perform provisions unless specifically released by consent to the sublicense.

NOTE: TO 11.3

The granting of this sublicense by BC Lands requires a fair and equitable agreement in place between SCRGC and WMSS allowing both clubs to share one site as independent but cooperative neighbours, all encompassed within the community shooting site.
